Stag Parties sleep rough!

"But there are also fears that rough sleeping in the resort may be partly due to holidaymakers or stag party revellers being stranded after running out of cash.A Scarborough Council spokesman said: 'It may be they have come to Scarborough and do not have the means to make it back to friends or family.'So we will help them go back if that is what they want. It is just one of a range of measures we are looking at to try and break the cycle of people sleeping rough.'"
